Burnside, Wednesday, December 13. Fat Cattle.—3o3 head were yarded, principally good prime bullock and heifer beef. On. account of the large yarding, the sals opened at 10s per head less than last week's rates. Competition improved and prices advanced until the last two sales, when, owing to the "rough day and over-supply of cattle, few.'buyers were left, and sales were hard to effect. Best bullocks made to .£l3, prime .£lO 10s to £l2, medium £3 to £9, light from £B. Extra prime heifers sold to £9, prime £8 to £B, medium £4 10s to £6, light and aged from £3 10s.
