THE SUN. The sun's pall) for the moiflh of December will be in K.A. from 16.27.9 to 18.39.23, and in south declination from 21.43.56 to 23.8.17. It will be in longitude from 248.31.27 to 279.2.44. The summer solstice occurs on (he 22nd. THE MOOT. The phases of the moon will be as follow: Full moon 41 h 10.54 p.m. Lasfc quarter ... 12th 4.11 a.m. New moon 18th 11.50 p.m. First quarter ... 26th 5.23 p.m. Perigee 15th 3.0 a.m. |Apogee 27th 3.36 a.m. THE PLANETS.
