BOKHARAN INSURGENTS
FIGHTING HIES DOWN. BOLSHEVISTS IN THE ASCENDANT. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright DELHI, November 28. News from Bokhara indicates that the Bolshevists have asserted their ascendancy, and the fighting has died down: but the insurgents in Fergana are still active. They are rallying round Ibraham Bey, formcrlv Governor of Sherabau, who took refuge in Afghanistan at the outbreak of the Bokharan revolution. The reports are based on the assumption that Enver is dead since they hail Ibraham as hia successor.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
