America, United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, via Vancouver (per Makura. from Auckland), by North Express at 10 a.m. Late-fee letters nt guard’s van at 11.15 a.m. Mail due in London on January 3. ABOUT TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28. For Australian States, via Melbourne (per Paloona, from Bluff), by North Express, at 10-15 a.m. Latc-foe letters at guard's van at 11.15 a.m. Owing to the unsettled state of shipping the advertised times for closing mails are liable to alteration.
