APPALLING DEATH POLL. POPE BEADS RELIEF FUND. Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 1. The deaths as a result of the Snezia disaster now number 174, and the injured 1000. It is feared that a number of persons were literally blown to pieces. Many portions of dismembered bodies have been found. The Pope headed the relief fund list.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
