LONDON. August 2. Sir Francis Bell visited Wembley Park and saw the Empire Exhibition buildings in process of construction. He is of opinion that the scheme has beiAn conceived on splendid lines, and if the financial conditions improve it should be a groat success. He says that if New Zealand co-operates it must be on generous lines. She must make a good show.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
