LONG DISTANCE FLIGHTS
AIR MINISTRY’S PROJECT. Preu Association—By Telotrraph—Copyright LONDON, August 2. The Air Minister states that a round-the-world flight in an all-British machine will be attempted in 1923. The Ministry is satisfied that the proposed scheme is sound, and has a reasonable prospect of success. The Ministry will give all the assistance possible when the attempt is made.—Reuter.
