LONDON, August 2 (Received August 3, at 6.5 p.m.) The Free Staters are conducting a successful campaign, in Donegal. A large number of rebels have surrendered and several leaders have been captured, including one disguised as _ a clergyman, who directed an ambush in which two Free Staters were killed. Mr Art O’Brien, head of the Self-deter-mination League, has been arrested in Dublin, where he was attending a funeral. Owing to the Irish censorship the Workers’ Republic is being printed in London. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
