Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright, THE HAGUE, June 26.| (Received Juno 27, at 8.55 p.m.) The Russian delegation of 18, with the exception of Messrs Krassin and Rakovsky, has arrived. Discussing the organisation with the Conference authorities, M. Litvinoff intimated that the Russians demanded that the Allies should first discuss credits, and later private property and debts could be discussed. If the Allies made concessions to Russia the Russians would make concessions to the Allies.—A and N.Z. Cable.
