AND SIBERIA. Frees Association —By Telegraph—Copyright, TOKIO, June 24. (Received June 25, at 5.5 p.m.) Cabinet has decided that Japan shall evacuate Siberia. The decision has been referred to the Imperial Diplomatic Council. It is learned that the Japanese evacuation of Siberia will be completed before October. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
