Tientsin reports’- that Admiral TushiKuei, commanding a division of the Chinese fleet, has sailed for for the purpose of blowing up Chang Tsolin’s communication lines —A. and N.Z. Cable. SUN YAT SEN’S FORCES. DISSENSION IN THE RANKS. EARLY FALL OF PEKING EXPECTED. PEKING, May 4.
