Silt, —T think tho money collected last Friday is a credit to the people of our town and also to tho ladies who undertook the work, hut why not give tho amounts collected at each corner, as is usually done. A spit-it of friendly rivalry exists among' the various groups of collectors, and it is only fair that they should know how their efforts compare with the other groups.—l am, etc., Fair Play.
