TWO CHINAMEN FINED. . (Pu United Psms Association.) WELLINGTON, March 30. Two Chinese were each fined £IOO, with the alternative of three months’ imprisonment, by Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., for keeping common gaming-houses. The accused did a large pakapoo business, mostly with Europeans, conducting as many as 20 hanks daily.
