It is stated that, the offices of two other solicitors wore entered and thefts committed on the same day. On Thursday a clerk employed by a well-known Auckland solicitor delivered a cheque at the wrong office. t>n discovering his mistake iho clerk wont to the office and asked for its return. A ladv clerk told him that while she was in the office (ho cash box containing the cheque as well as some money had been stolen.
