TIBETAN MISSION
BOLSHEVIST PENETRATION SCOUTED. INDEPENDENCE DESIRED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 16. Sir Charles 8011, who conducted the Indo-Tibetan mission, has returned to London. He scouts the story of Bolshevist penetration, declaring that Bolshevism is wholly abhorrent to the Tibetans, who display keen aspirations for national independence. They warmly welcomed British friendship, and Sir Charles Bell established the friendliest relations in Tibet.—A. and N.Z, Cable.
