QUESTION or READJUSTMENT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright-. LONDON, Jauuaiy 16. Tho question of Samoan time is exercising tne Colonial Office and the Greenwich authorities. New Zealand proposes to alter the international date line to bring Samoa behind the lino. The Admiralty approves of this, but the alteration would make a difference between the New Zealand and American time in Samoa, and would cause obvious complications in the islands; therefore a' decision has been postponed.—A. and N.Z.
