THOMAS GIBSON BOWLES, Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, January 13. (Received Jan. 13, at 8.5 p.m.) The death is announced at Algeciras of Mr Thomas Gibson Bowles.—A. and N.Z. Cable. fTho late Mr Bowles whs bom in 1844, and after spending some time in the Inland Revenue Office ho entered Parliament as the representative of King’s Lynn in 1832, losing his seat at the election in 1910. During his political career he was regarded as a brilliant, parliamentarian and financial export. Ho ’ also founded several newspapers, theta being Vanity Fair, and his publications included several nautical works, a department in which he had special knowledge, being the holder of a master mariners certificate.]
