William S. Hart, in “The Whistle,” and Ethel Clayton, in “Wealth.” are still at tracting attention at the Empire. There arc good supports. „ . An exciting picture entitled Nobody is the chief film at the King Edward Theatre at present. The supports are excellent “Nobody,” a dramatic picture featuring Jewel Oarmen, was shown for the first time at Everybody’s Theatre last night. _ The story is based on a murder, and the picture is full of exciting incidents. Supports include a Gaumont Graphic, Pathe comedy, and the ‘lnvisible Hand” serial. An interesting story of society life entitled “Beyond Price” is the chief>feature at the Grand Theatre. Pearl White plays the leading part in a most convincing manner. Supports include a cartoon, Fox topicals, and a now episode of the “Vanishing ite,gger”- v serial. . ■ “Mothet. o’ Mine,” which as its name indicates is a story of infinite pathos, heads the new programme at the Queen’s Theatre. It is a Thomas H. Ince production of considerable note. Supports include a Pathe Gazette, and a Christie comedy entitled “A Southern Exposure.”. At the Octagon Theatre an All-British picturisation of Mariej Corelli’s well-known hovel, “God’s Good Man” heads the new programme. The picture, which is set in England, depicts the ancestral halls of the nobility and_ the villages of the poor. The supporting items are good,
