The Bournemouth police have made untiring but fruitless efforts to find the murderer- They have conducted a house-to-house search and have also compared the ■writing on the telegrams with that of every holder of a bank account in thy district, believing that the murderer may be an . educated man, masquerading as a chauffeur and purposely making mistake? in spelling in the telegram.—-A. and N.Z.
