ST. CLAIR SURF BATHING CLUB.

At a committee meeting of the St. . Clair Surf Bathing Chib it was decided to hold the formal opening of the surf bathing season at St. Clair on Saturday next. , It was also decided to write all members of affiliated swimming clubs to make free use of the club’s pavilion during the afternoon, and to join in the opening splosh. The beach is in good order for surfing at present, being level and well covered with sand, and it is expected that surfing will be largely indulged in as soon as the warm weather sets in. ,
