(Received Sept. 13, at 7.25 p.m.) As the result of the battle for Angora, the Greeks are withdrawing westward. It is believed that during the battle there were 18,000 Turkish fnd 12,000 Greek casualties. According to Smyrna reports the Greeks, having occupied a* strategic position on the heights east of Gordios, are making preparations to advance on Angora, bin they are suffering serious losses. Kemal is preparing a strong resistance. —'■ Times.
