man Company. , Talbot Henderson, one of, them, states that they were stranded in Sydney, and wore being shipped back third class to Honolulu, having signed the following:—“I hereby acknowledge having received the sum of , which I accent in full settlement of my salary to August 20 (inclusive). I undertake in consideration of such payment not to take any proceedings against you in respect of the contract entered into with Miss Kellerman’a big show in Australia until you return to America.”
