. DELHI, August 31. The evidence shows that the Jvloplah rebellion was deliberately planned, as the rebels are using modern arms and bombs, rieavy fighting is expected near Tirurangidi, where 5000 Moplahs are entrenched around the mosque. The military are concentrating on the position. There is another concentration of rebels near Paraparangodi. The telegraph lines are cut.—A. and N.Z. Cable. RESTRICTION ON MOPLAHS. FORBIDDEN TO TRAVEL BY TRAIN. SIKH CONSPIRACY OVERTHROWN. DELHI, September 1. (Received Sept. 1, at 9.50 p.m.) Ponani is isolated, but it is reported that all is well. Railway communication is being restored. The Moplahs are forbid-, den to travel by train unless provided with a pass. The inhabitants of Calicut are forbidden to harbour Moplahs from other districts. A Sikh conspiracy to overthrow the Government and to assassinate officials has been discovered.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
