SEPARATE PEACE TREATIES
AMERICA AND CENTRAL POWERS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, August 13. (Received Aug. 14, at 11.5 p.m.) It is reported that the United States is negotiating separate Peace Treaties with Germany and Austria-Hungary, the latter differing from the former. The German Treaty will be based on certain pro visions of the Versailles Treaty, while thr Austro-Hungarian Treaty will be drawn up more like an agreement of amity am commerce.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
