The Waimarino is expected to clear from Lyttelton at noon to-day for Newcastle. Th? Kaiapoi will leave Lyttelton to-day with produce for Auckland. Tho Whangape, from West Australian ports, was due at Lyttelton yesterday morning. The Kan no, sailed from Wellington at 6.30 p.m. on Friday for Auckland, where she will load again for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Karamu, which berthed at Port Chalmers on Saturday for periodical survey, goes into dry dock toklay. The Kakapo sailed from Wellington on Friday night for Westport to load for Auckland. The Waihora is expected to leave Wellington to-morrow evening for Newcastle to load for New Zealand ports. The Kokiri, loading for Dunedin, is etill bar-bound at Greymouth. - The Kamo will leave Westport about the end of this week for Bluff and Dunedin. The Corinna left Dunedin on Saturday afternoon for Nelson and Now Plymouth, via ports. The Paloona is due at Dunedin this morning. She ooroee direct from Melbourne, and is timed to leave at 2 p.m. to-morrow for Lyttelton and Wellington, from where she will leave for Bluff direct. She should leave the last-named port for Melbourne on Monday. 22nd inst. The Katoa was expected to clear freon Auckland on Saturday for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Mo ram a is due at Wellington at 8 a.m. to-morrow from San Francisco. She will sail the following day for Sydney. Tho Island steamer Flora left Auckland on Saturday for Rarotonga and Papeete. The departure of the Paparoa from Wellington has been postponed from the 17th to the 19th inst. .The New Zealand* Shipping Company's liner Orari arrived at Colombo on Monday on her way Home from Australasian ports. The Wairuna was due at Auckland on Sunday, and after discharging the ton portion of her San Francisco cargo she will go to Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australia. Tho crew of the steamer Inga, which arrived in Wanganui recently, had an exciting experience while at Newcastle, being in a cyclone when the wind achieved a velocity of 90 miles an hour, and snapped 12 mooring lines. Two vessels -were at tho same time in difficulty outside tho Heads, bnt managed to reach port the next morning. The lifeboa/t crew went out in case of emergency, and had a particularly rough experience during the night. .The barque Rewa is at Lyttelton completing loading for London.
