Brief particulars as follows: TERMS.—2S per cent, cash, and the balance in five years at 6i per cent, interest. On all of these farms there are very good buildings, consisting of a good Dwelling, house and cowbyre. The Birchwood Flat farms consist of about one-third to half of very rich flat land, the remainder being ridge land. All of them are fenced and subdivided, and all in English grass.
