An auction sale was held by Messrs Alex. Harris and Co. at 41 Duncan street yesterday in the estate of the late Frederick Thurgarland, the freehold being part section 21, block XII, Dunedin, with a seven-roomed house. A good number of buyers attended, and the bidding, which was keen, resulted in Mrs Minn’s offer of £BOS being accepted.
