S.M., to-day (rave reserved decision in the important case of (lie Woffington Hotel Workers’ Union against Gilbert Wilby, a claim for arrears in subscription amounting to £2 15s, at the rate of 6d ner week. The point at issue was the union’s right to sue for a greater sum than 12 months’ arrears, the rules providing then for striking off the roll n defaulting member. Judgment was given for 12 months’ arrears.
