(b) That a stand for 20 licensed taxicars bo and is hereby appointed on the eastern side of Princes ' street, fronting the Old Post Office Building and the southern side of Liverpool stnot; cars to rank in line one behind the other alongside the kerb, the head of the rank to be at the northern end of the Ijoe in Princes street, approximately 20 feet south of the Water street junction, and extending southwards, with cars facing in a soutJieriy direction, and •hen’e to the south side of Liverpool street, commencing at a point clear of the Princes street junction, and continuing eastwards, provided that not more than nine cars shall stand on the Princes street portion of the rank at any one time, nor more than eleven on the Livei"pool street portion of the rank at any one time.
