PLAGUE AND CHOLERA. SOUTH AND EAST RAVAGED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. HELSINGFORS, June 22. According to the report of the PanRussian Health Congress at Moscow, plague is rapidly spreading in South-east Russia froip Persia and Siberia. Cholera is raging in' the southern and middle areas. There is hardly one part of Russia which is unaffected by malaria. These alarming conditions are due to flies and gnats carrying disease germs.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
