Leo). that_ Prices Investigation Tribunals : Had’ been informed that their services would no longer be Required. The Minister has thankbd them for the very valuable services they have already .rendered to the Government, the Board of Trade, and the public. The number of investigations made ' by the tribunals, the Minister added, were much larger than most people thought, and the tribunals undoubtedly exercised an important restraining influence on the rise in prices. Any price investigation would in future be conducted by the Department of Industries and Commerce.
