YOUNG BIRDS SHOW

Tile young bird show promoted by the Dunedin Cage Birds’ dub was concluded in Fuller’s Hall on Saturday, when there were splendid attendances both afternoon and evening. The books of art union tickets w6r© all sold out by 7 o’clock, and after that a number of guessing competition's were held for prizes donated by members of the club. The special prize for the best Brown Leghorn, belonging to an Egg Circle member, was won by Mrs Heazlewood, and the special prize fo' the best White Leghorn belonging to an Egg Circle member won by Mr R. Coombs. The members of the committee deserve praise for the efforts they put forward to make- the show the undoubted success it was.
