HEARING OF ACTION CONCLUDED. DECISION RESERVED. ' (Peb United Press Association.) AUCKLAND. March 17. The hearing of the action brought b.y a number of shareholders _in the Dominion Cement Company (in liquidation) against certain directors was continued before Mr Justice Sim in the Supreme Court, where the sum of £190.000 was claimed for alleged misfeasance. Counsel concluded their addressed, in the course of which legal authorities were quoted The court reserved its decision.
