KING EDWARD THEATRE.
A picture with a flavour of the boxing arena is the leading feature in th© change of programme at the King Edward Theatre. Tlie story carries the somewhat nrwi«nj>.i title of “Th© Fourteenth Man,” and it relates how the hero, Robert Warwick, is under the impression that he ha© committed a serious crime. He flees from Scotland to .America ■ to escape the law, but he is shadowed all the time by a detective from Scotland Yard. The detective, however, ia on an entirely different mission from that of connecting the “fourteenth man” with a crime, and when th© actual reason for the tracking is divulged the spectators receive a pleasant surprise. Mr Warwick has the support of Bebe Daniels, olready well known for her work in several of the Royalty masterpieces, and Norman Selby, who, as Kid M'Coy, has a world-wide. reputation as a fighter, also takes a prominent part in the production. A serial,, a comedy and a gazette are ireluded in the programme.
