The Tofua was expected to leave Sydney oa Saturday, with maile and passengers for Auckland. ■ She is to leave Auckland again on Thursday for Sydney. The Tnrawem reached Dunedin on Saturday from, Sydney, via Bluff, with about 1700 tons of cargo for discharge hero. She is to sail to-morrow for Wellington and Sydney. The Koromiko is timed to leave Sydney to-morrow for Dunedin, Timaru, and Lyttelton, _ The Waitomo and Txo well arc! were expected, to leave Newcastle on Saturday' for Wellington. and Lyttelton respectively. The Kokiri, which “Vv ill complete her overhaul, at Lyttelton to-day, will proceed to Grcvmoiith to load for Wellington. The Kanna, which reached Dunedin on Saturday night from Auckland and East Coast ports, is to sail to-morrow or Wednesday for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auction-. The Calm sailed on Saturday night for Timcro, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Napier. The Te Anau, now en route from Timaru ■for East Coast ports, will load at Auckland at the’ end of the week for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timiaiu, Oamaru, and Dunedin. The Durham is to leave Wellington tomorrow, for Napier, Bluff, and Lyttelton to load for Liverpool. The Durham will return • to Wellington, and is to sail finally on February 12 for Home ports, via Panama. The Waitemata, due at Auckland about January 25 with general cargo 'and case oil from San Francisco, will aftetwardr proceed to Lyttelton, Melbourne, and Sydney. Shortly after leaving Auckland for Lyttelton the U.S. steamer Cathlamet cast a .propeller blade. It was not thought worth “ while returning to Auckland, and the vessel arrived- at Lyttelton without any further trouble. Owing to her draught and beam the Cathlamet will have to wait until her arrival at Port Chalmers before she can dock. The Union. Company’s freighter Wairuna arrived at Apia (Samoa) on January 20 from 'Auckland, and sailed the following day for Vancouver. .Advice received by Messrs J. W. Swift and Co. on Saturday was that the steamer iron Melbourne was being delayed in working cargo, at Lyttelton owing to showery -weather. She is now expected to leave the Canterbury > port to-day for Port Chalmers, where she should arrive to-morrow morning. The Port Melbourne has about 400 tons of general cargo front New York for this port. TAHITI REPORTED. Advice received by the Union Company states that the mail steamer Tahiti arrived i, at Papeete on January 18 from San Franoisoo and Honolulu, and sailed at 11 a.m. on Wednesday for Rarotonga and Wellington. She is due at the latter port on January 27. CALCUTTA STEAMER.
