Two thousand Japanese troops from Vladivostock entered Manchuria to protect Japan's national interests in the Hunch on district, adjoining Korea. A brigade of Chinese, are also advancing thither. China has advised Japan that she is able to cope with the situation. The Japanese action is due to raids by Korean malcontents in which the Japanese Nations have suffered. Tapan warned China of the incidents a month ago, but China took no action.—Beater.
