In aocordance with the special resolution thesharos t ito £25 paid, have been subscribed into five shares of > £15, £5 paid. The directors haw appropriated £20.000 in reduction of bank premises and £60,000 as an addition to the reserve fund, and they recommend a final dividend at the rate of 16 per c*nt. per annum, equal to Bs> per share, making 15 per rent, for tho year froe of tax, leaving £31 716 to be carried forward. ° '
