FBIDAV, JULY 2. (Before Mx J. li. Bartholomew, S.M.) Pushed Him Through tho Window.—"William Franc in Pulford was charged with drunkenness, and also with committing mischief by breaking a window valued at £2 10s, the property of one Charles Bulmer, —The evidence of Bulmer showed, that the accused came into his shop for a meal, and an altercation took place regarding payment, during ■which Piilfordl pushed him through the window.—On the charge of drunkenness the accused was fined 10s, and on the other charge ho was ordered to ranko good the damage and pay 10s witness's expenses. Time was allowed in which to find the money.

A Charge of Theft. —"Rodney Pearco Clarke, who was ooiivictod last week on a charge of stealing un overcoat and woe admitted to probation, again appeared before the court on the same charge, as he had disobeyed the conditions of his probation.—The Chief Detective stated that it was proposed to send the accused back to London, and ho asked that the case should stand down for a week to enable a passage to be taken out for tho accused.—The Magistrate agreed to this adjournment.
