(Received Juno 27, at 5.5 p.m.) Signor Giolitti, in the Chamber, said that Italy was resuming normal relations with the Russian Soviet as speedily as possible without reserve. The Government would assume tho King's power in deciding future declarations of war, and no treaty would be valid without the approval of the Chamber and Senate.—A. and N.Z. Cable.'
