MYSTERIOUS FIRES
(Per United Press Association.) CARTERTON, May 24. Mysterious outbreaks of fire occurred at Nurse Strang's private hospital on Saturday, and the brigado arrived to find a medical dressing cupboard, in which there was a heap of kapok, aflame. After the danger was averted and _ all had retired, another outbreak was discovered, but, it w.as subdued without the help of tho brigade. Fiirtl)er_ outbreaks occurred on Sunday. In all nine incipient; fires were exti.nsTiished. The brigade _ wore nailed down onro more, when the dining-room curtains and blinds were destroyed.
