A Separate Rate, to .bo known as the Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate, under Section 41 (subsection 9) of "The Hospitals and Charitablo Institutions Act, 1909," of One Penny and One Farthing (l|d) in the pound (£) on the unimproved value of all rateable property within tho Bifrough of Mosgiel. Water Rates, under Section 51 of "The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913," in respect of the ordinary supply as follows—that is to say: — Upon all lands and buildings to which water is supplied a Rate of Two-' pence '2d) in the pound (£) on tho unimproved value of such land, but ?o that where such rato is less than . ton shillings (10s), a rate of ten shillings will bo levied. Upon all lands and buildings to which water can be, but is not, supplied, situate within 100 yards of any part of the waterworks; and f ' .
