ADDRESS TO THE PRINCE OF WALES The address presented to the Princo of Wales at, Forbury Park yesterday by tho Returned .Soldiers' Association is aa follows :—

"We, representing the Duncdin Returned Soldiers' Association and the returned soldiers of tho province of Otago, respectfully desire to bo permitted to welcome your Royal Highness i.o this distant part of tho Empire as representative- of his Most Gracioua Majesty, as a comrade in arms, and as a fellow-member of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association. We would take this opportunity of reaffirming our unfailing loyalty and allegianco to the Empiro and Royal Family, and of expressing our gratitude that it lias pleased your Royal Highness, to meet so many of your subjects in this and other parts of tjo Empire, over which it ! may please Divine Providence to call upon you to reign. Wo beg your Royal Highness to accept our humbie wishes for a pleasant sojourn here, and a safe return homo, and wo shall over ask from the Providence thai keeps Empires and Kings a continuance of every blessing to bestow upon you.
