It resolved &> ask the New Zealand Red Cross Society to guarantee the necessary financial assistance. Admiral Beatty will be the guest of honour at a West Australian dinner early in June. Colonel L. C. M. S. Amery (Undersecretary of State for the Colonies) will visit Canada and the West Indies. The Agents-General are arranging to confer with Mr Watt to itrge the restitution of the Australian mail services*—A. and N.Z. Cable.
