NEW MINISTERS SWORN IN. (Pes United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 3. The njew Ministers, the Hon. E. P. Lee (Justice), and tho Hon. C. J. Parr (Public Health at.d Education) were sworn in today. Sir Francis Bell resigns tho portfolio of Education and Health, and Sir William Eraser resigns the portfolio of Public Works, which the Hon. J. G. Ooa-tcs takes over.
