The dockers' Court of Inquiry recommended a minimum of 16s per day for all workers. It also reconimends that a central fund be established to enable the industry to make provision for unemployment. The award thus concedes the workers' demands. TRAM WORKERS' DEMANDS. LONDON, March 30.
