TWENTY-SEVEN LIVES LOST. Press A association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, September 11. The Ward. Line steamer Corydon foundered in a hurricane off Florida Coast. Twenty-seven of the crew -were drowned. The survivors drifted ashore near Miami I in a lifeboat.—A. and N.Z. Cable. Apparently the Coiydon is a new steamer, for no vessel of that name is included in the list of the Ward Line 6teamers in the last issue of Lloyd's Register.
