I « Frees Association—By Telegraph— Copyrigh* MELBOURNE, September 9. It is officially announced that third wave of the influenza epidemic has just completed its course. It is considered to bo the last of a series, and, except in a mild form, it is thought there is no chance of its recrudescence. (Received Sept. 9, at 9.40 p.m.) The Acting Treasurer states that he is confident that there, will be no necessity to raise another repatriation loan before the end of June, 1920. Mr John Robertson's timber stores were destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at £10,000.
