How is it that a Penrose Made-to-measure Suit figures ouifc at such a low cast, whilst tailor-mad© suits run up to ten and twelve guineas? Penrose, himself, would find it difficult to answer this' question. He knows why he charges so little, but cannot explain why tailors charge twice and three times as much. Suffice it to say that the Penrose cut, "the Penrose fit, the Penrose tweed, and tho Penrose linings, stiff end ngs. Ixittons, etc., and tho workmanship are al! tip to the mark.
