THAMES, June 21 f.h of *¥ section of .ho Post and Telegraph Officers' Association, held last night, resolved: That this meeting deplores the fact that a serious attempt, appears to have been made to classify experienced qualified officers below the iifth class, while many responsible positions in the sixth clas are not regarded according to the value and responsibility of the work, it was decided to support the executive in asking payment for the outstanding portion of the war bonus due last year; also failing an amendment of the existing schedule a further bonus of 15 per cent. b 0 paid on all salaries. The opinion of the meeting was against a conference until the return of Sir J. G. Ward.
