AUSTRALIAN SEAMEN'S STRIKE. TRADES HALL PROPOSALS REJECTED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, June 20. Mr Watt, Acting Prime Minister, has rejected the Melbourne Trades Hall proposals for a settlement of the seamen's strike. He declined to indicate the nature of those proposals. MOERAKI'S DEPARTURE DELAYED SYDNEY, June 20. rhe Moeraki, with stranded New Zealanders, has had to delay her departure, being unable to secure a crew. STRANDED NEW ZEALANDERS.
